At least 3 times a week my sidekick completely removes my "myfave" list from my phone screen. The contacts are still there, but it is a hassle to constantly access my address book in order to call them. I called customer service and they said it is a problem that only occurs with the iD model, and that in order to fix it i will have to purchase the internet package. This doesn't make sense to me, and i don't want to pay an additional $40/month for my phone and my wife's.
any light that can be shed on this is much appreciated. 2  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

I've never heard of that...I hope it doesn't happen with all of the SKiDs...I'm getting one soon! But, I mean, which one would you rather have to take on: $80/month or just that little hassel of going into your Contacts? 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
