the same exact thing happened to me and I have the insurance. T-mobile sent it back stating water damage. I have argued that I never had water anywhere near my phone but to no avail. I can not wait for my contract to be up. I had this phone for 4 months and now it is useless. Unbelivable. I feel your pain

well u sure u went through the insurance to get replacement or did u go through the warrenty...becausemy friend droped his phone and crack it and is getting replacement through insurance Do you find this valuable?
