Ok.I have a usb cable ,i have a memory card.But i cant find the software to recognize my computer someone give me a name of a website with it please and i have windows 7;.O and i have side kick 08 Do you find this valuable?

Does your computer recognise that the SideKick is connected, you shouldn't need any kind of software for it to connect with the computer. If you connect the sidekick, it should come up with a little bubble in the taskbar that says installing device software, and after a moment or so, it should say device installed or something like that, and you should be able to connect your sidekick and add themes etc Do you find this valuable?

It doesnt if you have windows 7 tell me where to look Do you find this valuable?

I am sorry, I can't help you because I have windows xp, you could ask around the forums or on powered by danger.com and see if anyone there uses windows 7 with their sidekick Do you find this valuable?

IF A REMOVABLE DRIVE DOES NOT APPEAR IN WINDOWS EXPLORER/MY COMPUTER, READ BELOW.
1) Plug the USB cable into a different port and let it try. This actually tricks Windows into trying again. Don't ask me why.
2) Is the memory card readable on the Sidekick? Is there anything on it? If not, make sure the memory card isn't corrupted by saving a picture to it and then trying to look at the picture. You may also wish to try it in a different phone.
3) Make sure the USB cable is the one that came with the box. Trust me on this one.
4) If you have gotten this far and this did not resolve the problem, I want you to truthfully tell me you read that entire support article and did everything I listed here before replying. Do you find this valuable?
