how can i check my tmail on a computer? i tried to go to my.t-mobile.com and going to desktop interference but they changed the website and i cant find communication tools and desktop interference can someone help me

Make sure that the website lists your Sidekick instead of any other phone or just nothing. Click "Not your phone?" if it's not showing. Once the site properly recognizes you've got a Sidekick, a link for the desktop interface will be available to the right of the Sidekick picture, near the bottom of the list.

Im having the same problem, I cant find "communication tools" or "desktop interface." My tmobile recognizes that I have the correct phone, (sidekick LX). Where is it?! Someone help....

Yeah I know "Where" to look smart guy, u said to look to the right of the Sidekick Lx picture where the list of links are.... the problem is "communication tools" and "desktop interface" is not there at all. Thanks for the help tho

first of all;make sure to choice the right kind of phone on your account..{ie; sidekick] obviously..if it doesnt show its a sidekick, then change it to a sidekick icon. as justarep just explained. then after that, click the link as following: connect &share>configure e-mail there is your desktop interface right there. 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
