MY FAVE 5 WONT LOAD AGAIN AND IT WONT TELL ME WHEN I HAVE A MESSAGE!!

I just got a different sidekick and it was used so it was in someone else's name. I called customer service so i can log in to my name. after all that my phone was all good. But then the next day my phone turned off and when i turned it back on my fave 5 wouldn't load on the phone. It been 5 days now and they still didn't load or tell me when i have a message.

You should call T-Mobile Customer Care for help, because I can't tell what's going wrong there.

My Fave 5 disappeared a couple times. You just have to call them and have them reset it so it'll come back. Mine doesn't alert me when I have a message either. I only know if it's sleeping and blinks blue. I hear a lot of people's do that too, so I don't know. Just call Customer Care and let them know.

Thats what i had to do. i had to look at the phone every two seconds. I'll just call customer service then
