data plan not working

i've had my sidekick lx for a few months. i have the data plan but for about 2 weeks; my lx is acting like i don't. By that I mean, I don't get text message notifications and 2 minutes later, my myFaves doesn't show up, and my Catalog doesn't load. Do you find this valuable?
