Hi folks, I bought a Sidekick LX 2009 model of ebay. It is locked to TMobile USA but I need to unlock it to TMobile UK. I know you can unlock it via buying the IMEI code on the internet but I believe the previous owner has locked it as already as it doesnt ask me to put the special code in when I switch it on. How do you reset the phone to enable me to unlock it via IMEI special code? Any help would be great. Ta

just took a quick look around && found this: http://wiki.sidekick.com/thread/3418240/Brand+New+Unlocked+Sidekick+LX+3G+2009..+With+Free+Shipping!! i think you should contact that person to get that since its unlocked already.... -just a thought..since youre been asking for how to change apn and whatnot to unlock it.. and it kinda lil hassle to try figure out how to unlock it since this person in that link are selling unlocked one thats already all settled. so, maybe you should return that lx you bought from to that seller[owner] back && explained to that person youve found the unlocked one and would like to refunded (that is if that person is nice enough to give you your refund back) otherwise, then you would have to take it somewhere else or take to the place in your area where they can unlock it for you. oh && are you aware that you are only entitled to use that as for only phone call && sms(text), right? im sure you do, just thought id asked. hope that help && good luck.
