My information is gone!

Every once and a while my sidekick LX09 will randomly shut itself down and when i turn it back on, it doesnt have any of my information in it. From my contacts, my text/pic messages, my calander and even my ringer settings are all gone. 'Normally' they will come back within a day or so, but this time they haven't. Its been 4 days and I'm still without. I've tried a soft reset, taking out the battery, checking the sim card, letting the battery drain, then recharging it..and still nothing. I'm not sure what to do..All of my photos are available..and the internet and such doesn't work either! Help! Pleaseee! Do you find this valuable?

Hold tight. There is obviously something going on with the network. It'll be fixed ASAP since it's a network-wide problem, according to things I've heard. Do you find this valuable?
