New unlocked Sidekick 3 not receiving txt messages!

I just bought a new unlocked Sidekick 3 off of Ebay, and it has been working great with my AT&T SIM card in it (excluding email, etc. of course). I just got it today and the sending/receiving of calls is fine, and I can send txt messages fine. Earlier in the day I was receiving txts fine, but then it started getting really delayed, then I started having to send another txt before it would kick in and tell me I have a new msg, then I had to start turning it off then back on for it to come up, now they're just not coming through. WHAT TO DO?! I really love this phone and spend a chunk of money on it, what could the problem be and how can I fix it? Thanks so much to anyone who can help! - Ash- Do you find this valuable?
