Web Browser Service has closed the connection

My Web Brower doesnt want to open any page it always says connection drop and Web Browser Service has closed the connection,, i called and they said they fixed it that it was a privacy lock but it still not working..it has always said the same thing..how can i fix this..i have never used the browser bcuz of this.. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
