problem with sidekick

Hi. I live in Poland. A couple months ago (in january 2009) I have bought Sidekick 3 in Canada without simlock. He has been working good for 5 months, but now I have a problem. On a screen next to Wireless signal strength indicator I can see Service connectivity indicators - two dots which meen getting IP address. I loose my money because of that and I can't use my sidekick. In Poland nobody can help me and I don't know what to do. Maybe someone can tell what can be cause of that and what can I do. Or my sidekick won't be working good any more? :( Do you find this valuable?
