HELP ! pleaseeee !!

my fone wont vibrate only when i get txts. i checked the settings and i put it on strobe and everything. but its still not working. it vibrates for everything else. but just txt messages. Do you find this valuable?

set it to vibrate to all alerts Do you find this valuable?
