Sidekick 08 problem

I connect my UBS cord to my computer & to my phone. Nothing pops up for me to upload the pictures that I have. Can anyone please help me with this problem Do you find this valuable?

if i was u i wood just take my battery out and wait a minute before putting back in or it cood just be the USB wire try and get a new USB wire see if it works .. Do you find this valuable?

hey, this might be late but i got my phone
and whenever i plug it onto my mac, nothing shows up.
what should i do? Do you find this valuable?
