SK08 deleted my ringtones

I just got my sidekick 2008 about 4 days ago, and I bought 2 ringtones. I turned it on today after charging it last night, and my ringtones are gone, and they reset my sounds. I don't know how to get them back! (My mom is making me pay for everything i download, and I dont want to have to pay for the same 2 ringtones if i can get them back) Do you find this valuable?
