Help with my Sidekick 3

I have a Sidekick 3 and I love this phone. Awhile back I started to have complications with it now all and all it's completely dead. =( I now have the G1 but want my Sidekick 3 back. I love this phone. My Sidekick 3 was working fine; I didn't mind it at all that the LCD screen light was dead. Then I started having complications with the charging port.... Now I'm sadden to say, it's completely "DEAD" since I'm not able to charge it. Can anyone help or does anyone now where I can get it fixed? Do you find this valuable?
