What does this mean? SK08 (SCREEN SHOT)

So I admit I'm one of those people who didn't charge their battery long enough when they first got their sidekicks, but my battery life is reasonable. About 8-10 hours.

So I usually charge my sidekick on my computer, hooked up to the USB.
This time, I plugged it in, and the battery bar thing changed.

TAKE A LOOK: http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m301/notmickeymouse/screenshot.jpg

What does that mean?
Is my battery charging like it did when i first got it?
I don't want to unplug it for 10 hours.

That has happen 2 me before 2! I think it is mean it gets 2 hot! I usually put my phone on the charger under pillows because my friends think it is cool to txt me all hours of the night anyways sometimes that comes up and I touch the back of it and it is hot so it might be that . I can't tell you for sure cause I aint smart when it comes 2 the SK or how it works... Do you find this valuable?

it means your sidekick is overheating...

so, you should have it lay around on
surface such as table or something/somewhere that
is incool area.

and also you should let it finished charging
before you can start to use it again. because, if you
using it while its charged, it will get it warm then
hot and drains the battery down slow as well.

so in order to get that thing off is to
unplug it and wait out for a while then re-plug it again.

oh and dont leave it under the pillow or sit on it is not
really recommend. it can get heat easily.

i agree with what's already been said about the temperature...i've been getting that symbol a lot in the last week or so and noticed it's when i have the phone on the charger while using it...(in the past i hardly talked on the thing) the first few times it disconnected the call and the phone powered off...one obvious reason to me was b/c the phone felt really warm and the symbol looked like a thermometer but i wasn't sure...this helps me out a lot/confirms it, thanks! it's actually a thermometer. it means that the phone is being charged too much, and can overheat. you have to disconnect it for a while. it happens to me when i plug it into the car. Do you find this valuable?
