Sidekick Slide Menu and Instant messaging

On my main menu I only have the choice of :
Web Browser
E-mail
Instant Messaging
Phone
Phone Messaging
Adress Book
Organiser
Camera
SonicBOOM
Games
Catalogue

But I've seen people with more options such as 'myFaves'

And when I go to 'Instant Messanging' I only have the choice of Yahoo Messanger and not MSN or Aim. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
