track ball not working?

i dont know why. or how to fix it. help! Do you find this valuable?

here's what you can do without having to open it.Take a Q-tip and soke one end with alchol,lime,our lemon juice.then apply slight pressure with ur fingers to the Q-tip.After that wipe the track ball with the Q-tip and try to rotate it too.Then use the dry side to wipe the access.if this doesn't try it a few more using all three once at a time.the alchol should break up the dirt underneath the track ball and the lemon and lime should break up the grease and grim on the track to help it glide alot smoother.It should also help whiten the track ball too if done every now and then.If that doesn't work u may have to ask someone how to take it apart or send it to the company.I never tried it before so i can't give u advice on it.Good luck.
