i bought a second hand sidekick2 and everything was fine at first but everynow and then it comes up saying something about my network and gprs settings, then all my contacts, texts and phone calls get deleted, its very annying and its just lucky that i saved my contacts to my sim card but does anyone no what is going on? i live in england could that be a factor? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

That's pretty much going to happen every time that your SK2's battery dies, or when you power it off. It needs the data service to save this info, and you don't have it on your account. Also, unless you have an unlocked T-Mobile UK SK2 and you're using T-Mobile (as opposed to, say, O2), you won't be able to provide it with the correct plan. Do you find this valuable?
