Blackout Screen Problems...

Alright, so i had the SideKick Slide... actually a motorola Sidekick, not the classic SHARP sidekick..anyways... every time i got a picture message, the screen would go black and not turn back on [i once waited 8 hours to see if it would ever come back on], being frustrated i cant use my phone i am paying 263 bucks a month for, i pullout the battery, causing it to hard reset and DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE, even stuff on the sim card i called t mobile and they want me to pay 40 bucks more per month for a sidekick internet package. i told them i would not do that because the t mobile service sucks in my area, and i am already paying out my fuckin ASS for them. they wouldnt even send me a replacement phone. so, i went and bought a new phone. another sidekick [i really do like the sidekicks] all was good for 5 days. then on the 6th day of having it, the shit started doing that again, and this sidekick doesnt even have picture messaging or email capabilities, so i thought that would solve it. SURE AS HELL DID NOT. ive been on hold with t mobile for 27 minutes now. good thing i have unlimited minutes. i am DEF switchin to Verizon in a few weeks Do you find this valuable?

Why the hell are you paying $263 a month for ONE phone? Or do you have multiple lines?Also, the Sidekick bundle is $34.99 with unlimited messaging, or $24.99 without unlimited messaging if you already have it. And it's all but mandatory for Sidekicks, since without it ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL will work except for calls and text messages. It sounds like you're ignoring what people are trying to tell you to fix the problem, bud. I don't know what to say. Also, calling 611 is free, dude. Do you find this valuable? |

i've had the sidekick package on there before, and it still didnt do anything, and they can CLEARLY see that i used to have it too. they are douchebags. and it is 263.13 for 2 phones Do you find this valuable? |

It won't necessarily fix this picture message problem, which is very weird, but it'll save all of your stuff being deleted permanently. It'll all redownload.BTW, do you have two individual unlimited plans for $99.99 each? Because if you do you can switch to the family unlimited for $149.99 for two lines. Do you find this valuable? |
