for some reason when my sidekick dies...with wipes out all my contacts..and normally after like an hour it goes back on..but this time it didnt....can anyone help me??? Do you find this valuable?

Any number of things could be causing that. Contact T-Mobile from a different phone (1-800-937-8997) and say 'sidekick' when prompted. Do you find this valuable?
