I lost my NOTES!! please help me

i used my sidekick lx to take notes out of the counrty while i was on vacation, i turned my fone off to switch my battery and now i lost those notes !!!!!!!!
i really need them back please help if you can . nd yes i checked the trash i did all that was knowledgeable to me PLEASE HELP !!! Do you find this valuable?
