Sidekick Slide Ringer!!

Usually when you press the volume keys at the bottom of the phone, it vibrates or rings giving you an example of which ringer you're choosing. My phone wont do that anymore or ring. I have it set to maximum and when someone calls, it's silent. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Do you find this valuable?

It took me a whole friggin' month to figure this out!

BUT

click the "red phone" key twice, so that you're at the like main screen, aka: the bubble with the hand holding the sidekick. click on that

then you have to click the upper left button, go to settings, general, and then find incoming call ringtone. and set the ringtone you want!
