when i turn the phone on. the sidekick screen does turn on but just shows a blank white screen. i really want to get this thing back up. does anybody have suggestions? 3  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Try resetting the phone.
When you flip the screen, stop it about halfway. If you look above the top right corner of the keyboard (where the screen would normally cover if it were entirely open), there is a tiny hole with an arrow pointing down on it. You need to press that button with a pin or paperclip and reset the phone.
This may or may not help. If it doesn't, I would suggest calling Tmo right away. Do you find this valuable?

This happened to me I reset it and nothing happened. Check the water indicator( turn screen half lift it. It is in that little trench thing) if it is white and I mean perfectly white call customer service they have these still in storage and will send you a new one. If there is any pink after like 3 months they will charge $100 because the cause was because it got wet. I'm warning you T-mobile replacement phones are crap I've had a Razor and a Sidekick replaced and they both suck. I just posted the problem with my Sidekick. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
