Sidekick lx Problems

Right I have two problems and please help me fix them....

First one
My sidekick isnt reading my memory card for some reason. i used 2 128mb memory cards and it cant read them!! it used to work now for some reason it isnt!!

Second One
Right for text messaging iset a ringtone and a vibrate with flashing lights. when i get a new text it doesnt even TELL ME!!!!! it has no flashin light!! the only time i see is when its on sleep and the ball lights up blue!!! 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Try formatting the memory card: (you will lose anything on the card)
Jump > Menu > Settings > Memory Card > Format Now

As for your texting alert, you need to set it in the actual texting application:
Jump > Messaging > Text Messaging > Menu > Settings > New Message Alert
If that 's not where the problem is, you need to check your sound profiles:
Jump > Menu > Settings > Sound Profiles

To make sure the proper sound profile is set, you can use the + and - keys on the bottom left shoulder of the phone.

my side kick would not work with the memory cards how else can i try to fix it i tryed what u said i need another way to try to fix it Do you find this valuable?

i have the first problem and i think its the mother board and i try formating it and i cant help me and help me if you now where to buy a new motherboard Do you find this valuable?
