Problem with video sending.

This is my first Sidekick ever and it's pretty amazing!I'm having a problem sending MMS though. When I try to send pictures, sometimes it goes through and sometimes It doesn't. Usually I have to add an audio that's already in the Sidekick tones for it to send. [beeps, moods]. Or when I just straight forward them, that works also. But video sending just doesn't work for me and I'm wondering how do I fix this? Is anyone else having this problem? 4 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |

send video as you would pictures, works the same way. whomever is recieveing must be able to watch videos also

I had the same problem when I first got my '08. They told me it might take 24 hours for them to start working, so start there. No, that didn't help me either because two days later it still didn't work.What I did was log into my.t-mobile.com via my computer and used the desktop interface there (it's at the bottom). All the things people had sent me were there, so I just sent them on to my phone. I have no idea how or why, but that cleared it up. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |
