Read the article clearly.

"THIS IS FOR SUNCOM CUSTOMERS WITH HIPTOPS ONLY"

You have a T-Mobile Sidekick iD. You do not have a SunCom Hiptop. So, no. No free 2008 for you.

Hiptop is the non-T-Mobile name for what we call Sidekicks. T-Mobile uses "Sidekick" as the brand name. Other carriers, such as Telstra in Australia, call it the Hiptop, because that is the original name for the device with the rotating screen. Do you find this valuable?

Question. Prior to T-Mobile completing the full merger on September 8, 2008, did your mobile bill say SUNCOM? Or did it say T-MOBILE?

I think you should read the article carefully because it gives very clear instructions about whether you qualify or not. Because I anticipated that this would happen.

Well, technically you're using a Hiptop, since it's just the original name for a Sidekick. But unless you live in the Carolinas or select parts of Georgia, Tennessee, and so on, AND you had service with SunCom... and SunCom never had the iD... yea. Do you find this valuable?

Oh, and SunCom was in Puerto Rico, as well. I didn't forget about you, Puerto Ricans! Do you find this valuable?
