Sidekick Slide won't show downloaded themes?

I have been searching all over the internet for 3 hours, I don't know if there's a solution, but here it goes.I've downloaded some themes for my Slide, followed this site's tutorial and even some other tutorials on installing the themes to my Sidekick. But when I go to Menu > Backgrounds > the themes that I installed aren't there. I know for a FACT that I'm doing everything correctly. It seems like a lot of people have this problem, is there any way to fix it so I can use my themes? 12 out of 14 found this valuable. Do you?

idk if you've gotten your problem fixed but here it is anyways. i know a lot of people who have that problem are not doing one or two of two things. 1. extract your files from the zip straight to your phone, not to your computer then to your phone. just straight to your phone from the zip file. 2. when you are done, do not just unplug your phone, but instead safely remove it via the remove hardware icon in the lower right corner of your computer screen. and then wait till the memory card icon on your phone stops flashing which of course means it's done loading your memory card info. hope that helps.
