it does not delete anything and if it does it will be back in 2 hrs.

when screen goes blank hold letter "r" down
once u see the 4 icons on phone load up let go than turn off and on make sure sim is oout while doin this! 11  out of 12 found this valuable. Do you?

Thank you... i reset using pin and it's working fine again... my screen was just on a white screen - frozen. Peace!
