no messages or voicemails but the trackball is blinking blue! help!

Hi, i just updated my sidekick LX and now the trackball is constantly blinking blue. I have no messages, voicemails, emails, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?? thanks!!! Do you find this valuable?
