I lost my G7?

I've had my Sidekick LX for a while now and ive always had the G7. I had G7 this morning but now i dont? I have the phone icon next to the 7 just like when your making a call.Ive restarted the LX a few times, sent text messages, made phone calls and nothing will get the G7 back. Help please. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

I have the phone icon next to the 7 just like when your making a call.hey..i got a same problem , but i figured out how to fix it.So try it. Go to Settings-Network options , then highlight Wireless On and click the button on the top left handside, click Restored Default.Let your phone restart itself.After it restarts, you need to sign in with Tmobile Network as you did when you first use your LX.Everything will be normal , and you will have G7 back. It worked for my LX, hope it will work with yours. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Chill out and wait. You and everyone else are having the same problem. It's a network issue and there's nothing wrong with your Sidekick, so just hold on while T-Mobile fixes it.
