Picture messages won't load

I got a Sidekick LX a few weeks ago, and it was sending/receiving picture messages just fine, but now it won't send them or receive them. It'll say I received a picture message, but it won't load.. It says, "x The contents of this message could not be retrieved." every single time.. It's frustrating me.Can anyone help me out? Or know how to fix it? Thanks(: 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

It says, "x The contents of this message could not be retrieved." every single time.. It's frustrating me.THAT STARTED HAPPENING TO ME TOO.. YOU HAVE TO CALL T-MOBILE/CUSTOMER CARE.. AND TELL THEM.. THEY WILL RESET UR SETTINGS.. AND WALK YOU THROUGH THE STEPS.. MINE WORKS FINE NOW.. Do you find this valuable? |
