resetting to much for me..

my phone resets itself at least 3 times a week.. it'll only do it when i have messeges, the track ball is blinking blue, when i open it up to check it.. my screen is black and my unlock buttons wont do the trick. i have to open the back and take the battery out to get it to come back on. so, everything is GONE! contacts, messeges pictures, notes, events...GONE! then it takes about 3 hours for all of my stuff to come back, and then i dont even get all of it back. IM SOOOOOOOO FED UP! i want to throw it out the window of my car on a busy freeway!!!! Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how i can STOP it.

Hmmmm...*shakes your hand* welcome to my world. Lol well mines F-ks up every blue moon. One thing if its working save all contacts to phone. And the only thing that most of us could tell you would be to take it in asap as its happening, or call Customer service while its happening. You probably need a new one so id say bring it in to Tmobile as its going on. Mine has had so really screwed up shot happen. i took snapshot of it having 300+ messages from it messing up, havnt posted it yet :D. is it alive now? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

the thing is.. i have called tmobile while it was happening, and i have taken it in while it was happening, this is my 3rd sidekick LX, and i like the phone when it works, but i think im tired of guessing when its going to mess up. i think i am going to get another phone. =( its working now... =( 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

mine messes up every so often, no lot, day before is when it was saying screw u, lol. maybe its what u do on it thats messing it up. idk. i havnt figured out why mine does wierd stuff 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

try delateting some of those files you have on your sidekick free up some space and your sidekick should work properly if not call up t mobile to find out if you should replace your device 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

mine just did the same thing :(
i just lost a bunch of picture messeges
that i wanted to keep and i lost some phone
numbers. i seriously hate this phone. i only
like it when it works, which isnt very often. Do you find this valuable?

that happens to me 2, but i put all my pics. on the momorry card so they dont delete and all my contacts on my soim card 2, and then i jjust import them from the sim., also wen ur downloading a pic. message, dont pput it on key gaurd cause thats wen it freezes for me Do you find this valuable?

Omg, mine does that too. And I had to ask T-Mobile to give me a new sidekick when it happens too often, and this is 3rd one now.


I recently found out the solution to it this morning. :D Ok, well what I do is I grab another phone and call the sidekick phone and then the screen isn't black anymore. Do you find this valuable?
