i cracked my LX screen a while back. and i've been hoping that they'd come out with a replacement screen but i've had no such luck -_- my lcd screen is perfectly fine its just theres a crack on the glass. under the plastic film on the screen. the crack spread across my whole screen :/ unfortunately this phone was a christmas gift from my parents and they did not purchase insurance on it :[ recently my phone has been resetting on its own and everything dissapears. my contacts, notes, texts, pictures, emails, picture messages. EVERYTHING after about an hour everything magically appears again but this time things that ive deleted months ago reappear too. i found that strange. i thought when you delete a message it goes away for good. but back to the issue. i was hoping to get a replacement but i dont think tmobile will agree to it because of the damage on my phone. does anyone know if i have any hope on getting a replacement? i dont mind paying anything to 100$ but anything more i cant afford :/ no job. my parents are already pissed because i cracked it in the first place :[ so they wont be paying for it. HELP?! 0 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

ur warranty will cover that. its not an insurance issue. u have one yr to replace it. jus call the sidekic dept.

"really?! i heard it wasntt."The warranty will NOT cover that. You caused the damage to it, it wasn't something that happened due to faulty workmanship. Btw, insurance is totally worth the $6 a month. Do you find this valuable? |

You caused the damage to it, it wasn't something that happened due to faulty workmanship.but my phone has been resetting on its own and everything gets deleted but comes back from and hour to a day later, and im pretty sure thats not cause by the screen damage. do you think there would be an exception for that? and i didn't have the choice to get the insurance the phone was a gift and i wasn't aware that you had 2 weeks to get insurance. i thought it had to be bought along with the phone until a month later ): Do you find this valuable? |

But hey, it's worth a shot. I mean, the only thing you can lose is an hour spent with CC. Do you find this valuable? |
