I NEED A SIDEKICK SLIDE MENU BUTTON!

my menu button(top left) fell off, and tmobile is going to replace my phone for free if its not "severely damaged" (because theres something wrong with the connecting blah blah) what BS. the phone is in perfect condition other than that button. PLEASE ANYONE WHO HAS A BROKEN SLIDE AND IS PLANNING TO SELL IT FOR PARTS SEND ME AN EMAIL edillon@tmail.com. i'll pay you just to send me that one button! if the button isn't on it, then they're going to charge me $100. PLEASE HELP A GAL OUT! 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

the same thing happend to me i havent taken it in yet butit was the right button but i just got it so i dont know what those are used for do you know?

It's called the limited warranty. BTW, if buttons are falling off, I wouldn't recommend trying to patch it together and then claiming a warranty exchange anyway. That's kind of asking for it.But, good luck on getting a replacement menu button. Do you find this valuable? |

i wasnt going to peice it together i just wanted to know if i can get a button or should i take the phone in to tomobile and have them do it

no and no.tmobile will not do anything about it. you will have to file a claim to get a exchange handset phone. Do you find this valuable? |
