The voice mail icon is appearing next to the large G on my phone even though i've already checked all my voice mail. I have also erased all my saved messages in my voice mail box and the voice mail icon still will not go away. I've restarted my phone twice but it's still there. I think i've also called my voice mail over 10 times but i really cant figure iout why it's not going away. So i was hoping you could help me get rid of the voice mail icon or tell me why it's doing this. Thank you. 0  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Restart the sidekick. If it doesn't go away after that, call tech support on a different phone line. 1-800-937-8997 and ask for the Sidekick tech support department because the VM icon isn't going away. 0  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?
