need major address book help!

i used to have the sidekick three and it had all of my numbers on it. i got a new phone a couple of months ago and put the numbers from my sidekick to my new phone by hand. the sidekick has been sitting in a box since then with its sim card still in it and everything. however, when my new phone died and i had to get a new one, i went back to the sidekick to reinput all of my numbers. but now none of the numbers are there! there are a couple on the sim card but they are from many years past and are practically useless. does anyone know where my numbers are or how i can get them back?!

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! Do you find this valuable?

ok what you need to do is save all your numbers from the sidekick onto your sim card. Then when you go into the address book, menu, settings, import sim contacts. Otherwise, and I hate to say it, you're s.o.l.
