won't stay silent over night

I don't like to turn off my phone because I like knowing if I've missed a call during the night, so I can call them back in the morning. But I always put it on silent right before I go to sleep. Then when I wake up in the morning...it is ALWAYS on the sound profile Normal. Why does it do this? It does this EVERY NIGHT. I'll put it on silent then in the middle of the night it'll switch back to normal.

do you have an alarm set? cause i know if you have an alarm set it disregards the silent setting.

theres a place in the phone where u an set ur phone to go on loud or normal at the same time eveyrday.. maybe u have that set?
