Freezing or Power Off by-itself

1. power off fon
2. while fon is off hold the letter "w" down along with the power button
3. a face of a sick sidekick will appear select reboot
4. fon will power off and bak on again
5. helps the issue. 12  out of 22 found this valuable. Do you?

if i do this want it erase everything in my phone as far as memory? Do you find this valuable?

Ok my friend has the Lx and it showed this robot say rebot and it earased her whole phonebook list ... Do sidekicks have this many issues because im starting not to want one.. Do you find this valuable?

Does she not have the sidekick plan on her account? Cause that would normally be why. The sidekick is pretty pointless without it anyways. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Keyguard keeps locking by its self everytime i turn on my side kick lx Sidekick LX Troubleshooting cracked D:
resetting to much for me.. Not being notified when i receive a new text message Can't punch in spaces or enter to the next line on emails and notes.
no messages or voicemails but the trackball is blinking blue! help!
