do u need the internet on to receive the update for your phone for the myfav to be on your phone 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Nope. But you need to make sure that your plan is myFaves. Do you find this valuable?

That's a first thing to check and make sure. You may have it set up with myFaves on your plan and there's some kind of technical problem, but if you have not set up myFaves, that's the first thing to check. Do you find this valuable?

actually... the 1st thing you need is a myfavs rate plan (duh) and also the sidekick data plan. now if you dont have the data plan on your account you can still have myfavs but the UI (user interface) wont show up, you can still change them online or you can call customer care to send you the refresh BUT if you turn off the deviec without the feature for the data plan the contacts wont show up when the phone is powered back on Do you find this valuable?
