need help with sidekick slide

I hooked my slide up to usb port and can't get nuthin to come up just the safe remove hardware the book says go into my computer and click on the removable disk icon but it says nuthin there. This is my first sidekick am i doin somethin wrong? plz email me 15  out of 20 found this valuable. Do you?

In order for the computer to recognize the device you need to have a memory card. the slide supports a microSD with doesnt come bundled with the device 4  out of 8 found this valuable. Do you?

i had that prob too. but you have to click on my computer and also open your my music and actually drag (not copy n paste) the songs from my music to the folder email me if you need help! 4  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

I am having the same problem. SOmetimes it will see my SK but only for a minute then its gone. When I go into my computer its not there. But If I look in the Device Manager it says USB Mass Storage (my Memory card) Cannot connect Code 10.

Please someone help=\ 0  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
