AIM DELAY
Dec 17 2007, 12:06 PM EST
i swear i thought i was the only one with this problem. The AIM system for sidekick is down. If you call Tmobile customer service, they will transfer you to the sidekick specialist who will then give you the number to AOL (for mobile troubleshooters). AOL will tell you that the system is down (if it isnt obvious enough) and ask you to call them back in 48 hours if the problem is not resolved. I figured if enough people called them they will fix the problem pronto! I called on the 13th of this month. I still have delays, no telling when AOL will fix the problem. Also noticed a problem with yahoo, however Tmobile did not mention any problems with yahoo! messenger. MSN seems to be working fine. Again - call tombile customer service and ask for the AOL mobile messenging number!!! GET THE WORD OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you find this valuable?
