I work online! I use the internet! but can not find "Download Catalog" on my Side Kick
How do I do this?
that would be that I had "Download Catalog"

I have barely taken any pictures and it says to insert a memory card to use camera...should it be full and what do i do about it?

Problems with Sidekick 2008
Yesterday, I plugged in a Sidekick 2008 and left it charging for a while. The orange light does come on. I checked on it and give me the low battery message. I checked back on it the next day and the same thing happened. Then, I switched it from a BlackBerry charger to a Motorola charger and it turned on. So, I took it off the charger, shut it off, and took out the battery in order to get my SIM card in. Now, it won't turn on at all. I put it to charge for several hours and it won't do anything. Not even the low battery screen. What can I do?

Help my sk3 wont load pass tmobile sk3 logo
i have an unlocked sk3 and im using it for at&t and i went to install a free game from the download area of the phone and it said it had to install and restart so i let it but now it wont load pass the T-mobile Sidekick 3 logo and idk what to do i need this phone i just bought it lol

Hey i just bought this sidekick slide from my cousin and it had no number but her username and i went on youyube and they showed me some reset buttons and I rest the phone and the username was gone too,and the phone nmber said not available before i reset everything hotw do i get a number and set a username?

Only numbers for people showing up and not contact info for texting.
So for a few of my contacts all I get is a number when I get a text (like 1-407-555-5555 other than "Sam" or whatever)
I get the names for everything else, and one of them is in my myFavs, so I don't get why they don't show up.
It really bothers me, it started out with just one number, but now it's a few /: I would call Tmobile but they honestly don't help much at all /:<

Sidekick 3 accidental restart!! HELP!!!
I bought an unlocked sidekick 3 off the internet, but yesterday the screen went white and I tried everything to get it back including pressing the @, 1, and 0 keys at teh same time. This did not fix the problem.
Then today, my phone fixed the screen by itself but now it's "WAITING FOR ACTIVATION" and has been for hours, but because I bought it off the internet I don't have the internet or an account. Also, I do not want the internet.
How do I get past this screen and back to my normal phone?!?!?!

Need help SideKick 08 kept erasin my Contacts
Okay so my friend just gave me her sidekick 08 cause she dont want it anymore
The Battery look bloated(dont look normal has a hump) so it not holding it charge every long
But the phone for some reason every once in a while it would die out but when i turn it back on it would say
can't connect to data server or something like that, and my contacts would get erase I only need the phone to txt and make phone call
and I have a T-Mobile Plan just not for the sidekick data services Any Clue on what i should
(I already order a new battery)

My sidekick 08 got wet
ok so my sidekick got wet in the pouring rain a couple weeks ago. It's fine now but i lose service alot and my battery dies faster than usual. What should i do??

New Sidekick ID
Hi. I had recently purchased a sidekick ID off the internet. It is completely new and had never been opened or anything. I put my sim card in and the battery, all that jazz. When I turned it on it gave the "a welcome screen will appear in 48 hours within purchase" I've read a few places where I have to purchase a sidekick plan before I can use the phone. We already have 700 minutes and unlimited texting on our original plan. I don't want any fancy things like the internet and such, I just want to be able to text and make calls. Do I have to purchase the actual sidekick plan or can I use my old one still? If that is the case how do I get this screen off? I've tried pushing the button it says and the L button but that does not get rid of it. Thanks.

Having Trouble with GPNS network. Please help :-(
I just got an unlocked Sidekick 3 from a friend. SIM card in an dials out and sends texts perfectly fine. But then I turn the phone on, I get a message saying Activating, with the bar showing that its loading. It wont go off of that screen unless I hit the button with the bars and L at the same time. DOing this however, Im not registering the phone so I cannot put a privacy lock or access my internet because of it saying GPNS is not available or is incorrect. Can someone PLEASE tell me ow to fix this, as Ive tried calling my carrier and they wont help. It would be GREATLY appreciated if someone could help me.. :-(

SK08 deleted my ringtones
I just got my sidekick 2008 about 4 days ago, and I bought 2 ringtones. I turned it on today after charging it last night, and my ringtones are gone, and they reset my sounds. I don't know how to get them back! (My mom is making me pay for everything i download, and I dont want to have to pay for the same 2 ringtones if i can get them back)

My Sidekick 08 only has a picture of the jump key on the screen! Help?
I guess from the subject you know what my problem is. Thats the only thing i see and none of the buttons work. They work they just dont do anything when i click them. I dont know what happened to it. HELP!! I have no idea whats wrong with it. It did fall in the toilet..... but it was fine now its not.

sidekick lx no longer reading memory card, help!
earlier today my sidekick started to say the memory card is not in the slot,when it very well is. the photo album will look as if it is loading, however the pictures do not and a red x goes over the clock symbol. My contacts are not affected, but the themes i have downloaded no longer show up as well. The music also does not work. Is there any way to fix this without getting a new memory card completely or is it the phone itself?
