This is my first sidekick, so I'm a bit of a "noob"....but have been a repair tech for 11 yrs. Called Tmo to complain several times about the inability to scroll to the Media Player, then suddenly all the icons fly off and disappear off the right of the screen. This happened often. Sudden shutdowns/freezing and seeing green text and large RED X before it dies. This phone is only 2 months old. They sent me a refurbished one that is worse than the one I had. I couldn't believe they would send me a refurbished phone, when that is NOT what I bought at Best Buy, I bought a NEW phone and should have gotten a NEW phone as a replacement.

A third NEW phone is on the way after some serious b*tching to the gal on the other end of the phone.

Obviously, this is software issues that they are aware of because I'm finding that there are many who are experiencing the same thing. What's the conincidence of my having two phones doing the exact same thing? Switched out my SIM to my husbands LX and his works great. Not the SIM.

We are in need of OTA bug fixes YESTERDAY Danger! I just found out that Microsoft now owns Danger........if VIsta is any example.....there goes the neighborhood!

I read somewhere on the Danger site that if you keep your kick clean of pics, emails and texts that it helps.

This is not true. My phone has NOTHING on it......still losing icons flying off to the right of the screen.

Are any of you here experiencing this? I use my kick primarily for MP3 playing while working and this is a major nuisance!
