Man I am sorry to hear that you are getting Net 7. From what i know...there is something wrong with the radio firmware on your Sidekick. Everyone I know who has received NET 7 had to get an exchange. Do you have insurance? If not, I would call T-Mobile and try for an upgrade.

the upgrade will get u a discounted price.. if u qualify from tmobile fo an upgrade.
