Wireless Operator Contact Information-Sidekick LXThis is a featured page


Your Sidekick comes with your wireless operator's Customer Care contact information already entered for you. To find this information, do the following while you are in the Address Book:

  1. On the Browse Contacts screen, scroll to the Customer Care entry; press the TRACKBALL to open the contact details screen on your Sidekick.

    Tip: If you don't see the Customer Care entry, press MENU    sidekick2 - Animals and make sure in the View subment that either the All or Work category is selected.

  2. To phone your wireless operator's Customer Care department:
    • From the contact details screen, scroll to highlight the phone number.
    • Press the TRACKBALL then select Send Call.
