A lucky member of the Sidekick Wiki will be one of the first people to own the limited edition T-Mobile Sidekick 3.

The new T-Mobile Sidekick 3, D-Wade Edition is presented in the crisp white color of Miami’s South Beach and paired with tan and copper accents that emulate the upscale look and feel of luxury automobiles. Wade’s signature “3” is emblazoned in gold on the face, symbolizing his NBA championship trophy win, certain to be just the first of many. The device debuts another Sidekick first, a realistic basketball-textured backing for added grip and comfort.

About Dwyane Wade

Wade led the Miami Heat to its first-ever NBA championship last season and was named the 2006 Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year for his accomplishments on the court and his charitable work off the court. Marquette University recently awarded him its highest basketball honor by retiring his number 3 jersey. In addition to his accomplishments on the hardwood, Wade is an emerging style icon recently featured on the cover of GQ magazine.

One winner will be randomly chosen from all the registered users who make a comment to this page under their username displaying their avatar/photo. Sidekick 3 Specifications

The T-Mobile Sidekick 3 measures 5.1 inches by 2.3 inches by .9 inches and weighs 6.7 ounces. The device is supported on the 900, 1800, and 1900 bands with a GSM/GPRS/EDGE radio. The Sidekick 3 features a 1.3-megapixel camera, MP3 player, speakerphone, miniSD card, and built-in Bluetooth technology for a wireless headset. The 2.6-inch screen has 65,000 colors and is 240x160 pixels.

Data capabilities include support for all three major instant messaging clients (AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and MSN Messenger), push email with up to three additional POP3 email accounts, Web browsing and text messaging. The Sidekick 3 continually backs up your most important data (except for text messages and the SD card) onto the network servers for safekeeping. The processor is an ARM9 and it has 64 MB of RAM and 64 MB of flash memory.
