Where did these changes come from?

This situation can happen if you cancel your sync at the Edit Confirmation dialog box, then sync again. During this subsequent sync, Intellisync tries to perform a "full sync", which means that a complete comparison of your device and Outlook information is performed. This comparison finds the differences that you may have chosen to ignore in the past, which now appear as "changes". The best thing to do if this happens is to accept the changes; that way you will not lose any of your data.
