You know an email has an attachment if there is a paperclip icon ( ) just to the left of the message, as displayed in the Browse Email screen. Attachments that are supported include other emails and files of the following formats:

• .gif
• .jpg, .jpeg
• .png
• .bmp
• .doc (Word, text only)
• .pdf (Adobe Acrobat, text only)

To open a supported attachment, first open the email, then use the TRACKBALL to scroll to the bottom of the email message where the attachment will appear.
