I pressed the power key but nothing happened.Make sure that the battery is fully charged. See the user guide for more information.

Even though I have inserted the SIM card, the display says, SIM Card Not FoundThe Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card may be incorrectly inserted. Ensure that you have inserted the SIM card properly. For more assistance, refer to the user manual.

The display indicates that my PIN is blocked. How do I unblock the phone?After entering your PIN incorrectly three times sequentially, the SIM will block itself. To unblock it, you must enter an unblocking key code (PUK). Contact T-Mobile Customer Care to receive an unblock code.

My phone displays a carrier other than T-Mobile on the screen.This will occur if you are roaming outside of the T-Mobile coverage area. Visit Personal Coverage Check to verify your coverage area.
My phone will not ring.Make sure your phone’s ringer is not turned off (or in vibrate mode).

how can i check my tmail on a computer? i tried to go to my.t-mobile.com and going to desktop interference but they changed the website and i cant find communication tools and desktop interference can someone help me
